Returns?

all sales from "The Shop" are final. no returns or exchanges. Please ask as many questions as needed before purchasing. Extra measurements and photos available upon request. You can exchange for a different size on all Retronaut gear. Returns and refunds will not be accepted, unless special circumstances arise with the the products

Is anything Deadstock?

all Retronaut gear is brand new of course. All thrift items in "The Shop" are considered pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Flaws will be noted in the description and large damage will be photographed. 

Is it possible to try on clothes before purchase?

we often have pop up events where we will bring out some of the best from "The Shop" as well as new pieces from the Retronaut collection. We do offer a changing area at the events to try on vintage pieces from "The Shop". If you know there is an upcoming event and want something brought out, please email eternalhomage@gmail.com and we will be sure its there. 

Do you ship international? 

Yes. 

Do you offer holds or layaway on vintage pieces? 

Unfortunately, we do not. All items are first come first served. There is no bidding, and no reservations on items. 

Where do you get your stuff?

We have a variety of trusted partners who ship us loads of items from all over the world. From California and New York to Canada the UK and Australia, to even right here in DC thrifts and trade shows. We do the hard work for you, dig through, find and clean all items. We left you the fun part.
